This family had a choppy first-floor layout that couldn’t hold more than a few people comfortably. They wanted to entertain. They wanted the kitchen to connect to the rest of the house. They needed a music room for their daughter. We removed walls, installed 34-foot structural beams to open the entire first floor, reconfigured the kitchen and living room, and built a fully soundproofed music room with acoustic paneling and interior black-frame windows.

This family had just purchased the home. It had two kitchens from a prior configuration, poor flow on the main floor, and a long list of changes that needed to be made. We eliminated the second kitchen, reconfigured the main kitchen, added a dedicated bar area, and combined two rooms into a proper primary suite.

This family had a long, narrow kitchen with no real connection to the living room — a tough setup with four kids in the house. We widened the kitchen, added a coffee bar and a full bar area, created a new hallway with a powder room, and built a room over the family room.

We finalize your budget, pull permits, and get to work. Your project manager is on site every day to keep things moving and address any issue that comes up. We keep the space clean and organized throughout, so your home stays livable.
Final Walkthrough
We walk through your renovated space together and take care of any finishing touches. You don’t sign off until everything is exactly right.

Whole home remodeling projects with us start at $280,000 for cosmetic updates across multiple spaces, trim, doors, hardware, lighting, fixtures, flooring, and fresh paint. A full renovation that moves walls, reimagines the layout, and carries elevated finishes through every space starts at $500,000. We’re upfront about realistic ranges from our very first conversation, we design to your budget, and there are no surprises buried in the fine print. Yes. We obtain all the required permits for your project. We know the Baltimore County permitting process, and we handle the coordination so you don’t have to.
We primarily serve northern Baltimore County, including Timonium, Lutherville, Towson, Phoenix, Monkton, Reisterstown, and Owings Mills. Reach out if you’re not sure whether we cover your area.
Before any construction begins, we develop a full design plan for your space. This includes a floor plan, 3D renderings, and an in-person walkthrough of your proposed design. Once the layout is approved, we guide you through selecting finishes, lighting, hardware, and fixtures.
The design agreement fee for a whole home remodel is $3500 – $5000 depending on the scope of your project. For home additions, an additional $1,800 engineering fee applies. The design fee is separate from your construction investment.
It depends on the scope. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during the design phase, before you ever sign a construction agreement. Our whole home projects generally take 16 weeks or more to complete.
