When the homeowners bought their Towson home, they saw the potential, but the reality was harder to love. They came to us with a clear vision: clear out the clutter of an outdated layout, create a true primary suite, and build a space that worked for them.
Our designers used Chief Architect to create detailed 3D architectural renderings, so the homeowners could see their future space clearly, from the layout and cabinetry to the countertops and hardware. We also curated physical samples of paint colors, countertops, cabinetry, and hardware so every material could be seen and felt in person before it was finalized.
The new primary bath features a Brushed Moderne Brass finish paired with a walnut vanity and a light gray quartz countertop, a combination that feels both elevated and livable.
The new bar area was designed from the ground up to support both entertaining and everyday living, giving the home a functional gathering point that the old layout didn’t offer.
Removing a wall on the main floor transformed the way the space flows and how light moves through it, making the whole home feel more open and connected.
The handcrafted wood range hood gives the kitchen its natural focal point, bringing warmth and character to a space that’s now as beautiful to look at as it is to cook in.
Primary Suite Built from Two Rooms: By combining two existing rooms, we created a full primary suite, giving the homeowners a private sanctuary they didn't have before.
Reconfigured Kitchen: The second kitchen was eliminated and the main kitchen was fully reconfigured to serve the family's actual needs.
Matte Black and Honey Bronze Kitchen Hardware: The kitchen and bar feature a layered combination of matte black and honey bronze finishes for a modern, intentional look.
Electrical, Heating, and Air System Upgrades: Comprehensive updates to all major systems were completed to support the new layout and ensure the home performs as well as it looks.
Updated Interior Railings: The railings were refreshed as part of the overall design update to bring the home's details into alignment with the new aesthetic.
