Our designers used Chief Architect software to build detailed 3D architectural renderings, so the homeowners could see and feel every layout, finish, and material decision before a single wall was touched. We also curated physical samples of paint colors, countertops, cabinetry, and hardware so nothing was left to the imagination. The result was a completely reconfigured first floor with a kitchen designed for real life, a dedicated mudroom built for a busy family, and a laundry room that was finally organized.
The reconfigured layout created a true gathering space around the island, so morning coffee, homework help, and after-dinner conversation all have a proper home.
