Our design team used Chief Architect software to develop detailed 3D architectural renderings, letting the homeowners see their future home room by room, finish by finish, before a single wall came down.
We also put physical samples in their hands: paint colors, countertops, cabinetry, and hardware, so every decision felt confident and considered. The plan was bold: completely open the first floor, build an entire second-floor addition, and reimagine every interior space in between.

Second-Floor Addition: Where there was nothing before, there is now a spacious primary suite, a dedicated home office, and a nanny suite, giving every member of the family a space of their own.
