Charleene and her team of experts have helped countless families love their home by always listening, making recommendations aligned with their goals, being reliable and making sure every detail is executed to plan.

Charleene Doverspike

Since the mid-1980’s, Charleene Doverspike has fine-tuned her skills and perfected her craft as a kitchen, bathroom, basement, addition, interior and multi-generational space designer, remodeler and contractor. She got her start in 1987 renovating row homes on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C., then moved up to working on larger homes in Arlington and Fairfax, VA. In 1995, she relocated her business to Baltimore, where she earned acclaim for her ability to imaginatively — and respectfully — meld new with old in numerous homes she renovated in Canton.

Charleene started working one-on-one with clients as a result of the many folks who walked through her homes for sale and fell in love with her visionary design aesthetic and fine tradecraft. To respond to demand for her highly personalized services, in 1999 she became a licensed MHIC contractor and began satisfying her clients’ renovation and remodeling needs.

With decades spent tackling all types of design build remodeling challenges and sourcing superb craftspeople and suppliers, Charleene is a relentless problem solver and team leader. From developing on-trend unique designs to securing zoning variances to micro-managing complex schedules, she serves as contractor, teacher, guide and liaison, cheerfully helping clients through each phase of remodeling and consistently delivering scores of projects. Charleene pulls out all the stops to reliably complete renovations that delight and enchant, every time.
